3-course dinner, completely plant based!

Despite the fact that today is the first day of a new year, I would like to tell you about these lovely colorful dishes we had for Christmas Eve. A feast for they eye as well as for the tastebuds!

For starters we had crostini’s with grilled pear, for main course stuffed zucchini on a cream of beetroot and for desert grilled grapefruits with rosemary.

Each course was tasty, relatively simple but restaurant worthy! And of course you can serve this anytime, not only for Christmas!
