Broccoli and fresh peas with cashew-Garam Masala curry.

Instead of writing about what I did and how, I thought maybe I’ll experiment a bit and show you the preparation way step by step in the form of pictures. I was inspired by a recipe of Veganricha, however she uses other ingredients. The flavor of this curry is definitely Indian, and I think it would combine great with Indian bread also. I choose Berry rice because I love its soft texture and slightly sweet taste.
