minimum effort, maximum taste!

Ingredients:
- 350 grams red lentils
- 100 grams black lentils
- 1 large onion (white or red)
- 1 red chilipepper sliced and deseeded
- 1 1/2 tbsp tomato-paprika paste
- 2 garlic cloves sliced
- 2 ltr. vegetable stock
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
Fry the sliced onion in a bit of plantbased oil in a large pan, add the garlic and chilipepper and strifry a couple of minutes on medium heat. Add the tomato-paprika paste(or regular tomatopaste) stir in and fry for two minutes. Add the rinsed red lentils, stir and fry for two minutes and then add the vegetable stock. Bring to boil, lower the heat to medium/low, add the rnsed black lentils and let cook for 20 minutes or until red lentils are soft. The black lentils stay firm. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with a slice of toasted bread.
