Voeg de Kala Namak, het baksoda en het bak poeder toe en de zwarte peper. Roer goed door.\nVoeg vervolgens de melk (of het water) toe terwijl je roert met een vork of garde. Er ontstaat een beslag wat niet te dun moet zijn, maar ook niet te dik. Voeg eventueel nog wat meel of vocht toe. Zet het beslag 5 minuten aan de kant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Verwarm de olie in de koekenpan op middelhoog vuur. Als de pan en de olie warm genoeg zijn giet je er een volle lepel beslag in en laat de pan even losjes draaien zodat het beslag zich over de bodem verspreidt (Net als pannenkoeken bakken). Strooi wat gedroogde kruiden op de omelet en eventueel wat specerijen naar smaak. Wanneer de bodem stevig genoeg is en de bovenkant niet meer zo dun keer je de omelet om. Bak nog een paar minuten op laag vuur. De omelet dient zacht maar stevig te zijn.
