How does foodcoaching work?

We start by deciding what you want to learn. Which problems do you face, maybe you suffer from allergies? Which appliances do you have available in your kitchen? Then we set a date. In the meantime I write a plan for our meeting, write and print out the recipes, prepare a shopping list, one for you and one for me. On the day itself I come to your house and we get to work, step by step. At the end of the day I leave the recipes and a good deal of the used ingredients and herbs behind so you have some stock to get started on your own. Should you have questions or problems in the weeks after the coaching session I will answer them by phone or via WhatsApp.

Long-distance Foodcoaching

If you are based outside of the Netherlands I offer online coaching via Zoom or Teams. Fill out this form and I will get in touch to discuss details.

One-on-one or with two

Foodcoaching in principle is for one, or a party of two. For instance with a good friend, a partner, child, neighbour or whoever you want to. In that case we determine both your wishes and I make a plan accordingly.

What are the costs?

  • One-on-one foodcoaching for half-a-day of a minimum of 4 to maximum 5 hours costs € 325,- incl. vat.
  • Foodcoaching for a party of two for a minimum of 4 to maximum 5 hour costs € 375,- incl. vat.

This includes my guidance for 4 to 5 hours, ingredients, recipes, the prepared food and the possibility to ask questions about the things learnt up to 4 weeks after the coaching session.
