Hi everyone, how are you doing?
It has been a little over a year since I wrote here, so I thought to give you a small update about last year’s events and what’s to come in this new year.
Like I wrote the last time, 2022 has been a year full of change for me! I went back to school, or university actually, where I started last September my bachelor Hebrew language and culture. A three years study. Obviously this means that life as I knew it has changed completely, but in a good way. still early days, because it has been only 4 months but so far I absolutely love it and it feels like the best decision ever.
Not only because I’m learning a bunch of new stuff, also because I get to know a lot of new (young) people and I love being in Amsterdam every day again. Just like old times!
Being a full time student is very time consuming, so it has a direct impact on my time available for this website. You probably noticed that 😉. It doesn’t mean however that I quit being vegan or share my vegan recipes with you. Or what would be even worse, stop running this website, on the contrary.
I’ll continue doing all that (definitely being vegan!) but more in the background. My studies are my first priority. Then when I have some time left, I’ll photograph my food and maybe a little bit further down the line I’ll be able to share some new recipes. Because I still do develop new recipes and I even held a vegan workshop last November.
For now I think this website contains enough delicious recipes to keep you busy and fed. The culinary vegan trips to Tel Aviv are on hold since the travel difficulties of the past two years. They will continue to be on hold until further notice.
If you would like for me give a workshop or food coaching, just let me know, send me a message via e-mail or Insta or other ways and we can discuss arrangements.
I would like to end this short blog with telling you about the delicious and spectacular dinner we had at the end of 2022. We treated ourselves to a vegan dinner in a Michelin star restaurant close by. It was mind-blowing and the pictures above are proof of that. We had 4 amuses and 6-courses. My favorite were the amuses and the desert. I added our personalised menu so you can check out what we had. (sorry, it’s in Dutch)
So, that’s it for now. See you soon I hope. Either here, or on the socials. Don’t hesitate to contact me for any questions, there are plenty ways to reach out to me. I’ll be happy to hear from you.
Until then and take care.
Brünhilde
