Red cabbage and peppers salad with a sweet-sour dressing.

The area where I live is famous for its cabbages, white, red or green. This has been cabbage country for several ages and still is to this day. There are several houses in my village were you’ll find a small crate standing outside containing some fresh cabbages with a small money box on top. If you leave 50 eurocents the cabbage is yours!

So I purchased a red cabbage. And this is what I did with it. Apart from the lovely, festive colors it was utterly delicious. A real joy to the eye as well as to the tastebuds!
